Perfect CornerSuite, Ocean & Water Views

Our two-bedroom/two-bathroom suite is perfect for you and your family or friends. From the balconies you can see the Intracoastal Waterway, or the Atlantic Ocean or the downtown skyline. We don't want you to worry about anything but your vacation, so the apartment is fully equipped with towels and bed sheets. The spacious place also provides a fully prepared kitchen, a washer/dryer and comfy living room.
This splendorous place will definitely make your vacation something to remember for a lifetime.

- Mandatory Resort Fee (25 USD+TAX per unit per day), this fee allows you to use the beach services (2 Beach Loungers, 1 Umbrella, and towel service), the beach and pool, with this fee + access to all resort amenities.
- Optional Valet Parking for a Fee, unlimited in & out.
- Smoking and annoying noises in any area of the apartment & building is strictly prohibited.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Maximum capacity allowance at any moment is :
- Studio : 2 Adults and 2 Children under 13th
- 1 BedRoom : 2 Adults and 2 Children under 13th
- 2 Bedroom : 4 Adults and 2 Children under 13th
- 3 Bedroom : 6 Adults and 2 Children under 13th.
- To check the bed configuration of each unit please check the unit details/pictures.
- Not following this rules may cause the eviction of the unit, with no money refund of the used or unused days.
- The full or partial closure of the amenities due to extraordinary events, such as Covid19, Hurricanes, etc. are no cause for any special refund, and do not change our cancellation policy at all.
- Please take care of the apartment and also of your neighbors.

Very nice condo with awesome views

The elevator waiting time can be terrible, location on 10th floor was good as the pool area is on 9 and you can use the stairs. The restaurant is way overpriced! Parking is valet only and a little expensive. The beach area is very tight and crammed in. They only allow you 2 chairs per group. Nonstop horn honking heard from your room. Condo was very nice with great views!

Unit was great but resort is awful

The unit was great, clean, and spacious, however, the resort itself was terrible. We had to wait 15 to 30 minutes for an elevator. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time from the 10th floor. The beach chairs were never available yet you had to pay a fee per person in advance for chairs. Pool chairs were not available either. Witnessed several people fighting over chairs. Should not be that stressful on vacation.

Not a Premier Host Property

Unfortunately, this unit doesn't measure up to the other premier host properties we've stayed in. The unit has a very bad location in the building - one level up from the noisey pool and overlooks the busy highway with the traffic noise. House thumping music until midnight every night. The building is 41 stories high and has only 4 elevators. Always have to wait a long time for an elevator. No pool loungers available after 9 am. Furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable, cheap and stained. Bathroom faucets, showers all leak. No ice maker. Not worth the money.

Stay 5 nights 4th of July weekend The good: the view and the apt itself sort of. The check in process you have to take a selfie, you have to take picture of your credit card and your identification and email or text to the Miami group. I inquired about this process and they never called me back. I kept on calling and they said i could black out some info but still send it. The check in was late room wasn't ready i had to keep calling while i drove around. They could have told me to wait at the property. The check in said i would be charged 110 due to a discount for one of the pools being broken for 2 months. I now know i was charged 360.00 When i left i was careful to make sure all towels were returned. No other reason for any other charge. I was expecting this since someone mentioned the extra fees. There were long waits to get the elevator every single time. The room itself seemed OK clean my mother found a hair crunchy by the bed meaning they didn't replace the sheets. There were no extra sheets at all so we were cold. 5 night stay and nothing extra was provided other than 2 towels. The "included amenities" you had to walk a bit over a block under the sun. I do not recommend with kids or elderly besides they only include chairs not umbrellas and it was full of people like sardines. Security was very professional there was a lot of them all the time. The valet is 35 a day. In conclusion the actual property is good everything else is trash.

Exactly as advertised

This place was pretty much exactly as advertised. As this was our first time renting, instead of going the hotel route. Few things going against the unit were, one of the pools and hot tub was closed our entire stay. Where they offer the beach chairs is a pretty good walking distance on the beach, you actually pass one chair company to have to get to the one that services the Hyde. The unit "could" use some updating, but was still very nice. My family appreciated all the extra space and the balcony was very big. Few appliances wish they would have had, we ended up purchasing a blender and donating it to the unit for future patrons and possibly us in the future. Overall, we would come stay here again if we were to vacation in this area again.

SUCH A LET DOWN

I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A CONDO THIS BAD IN NEED OF REPAIR, I WILL ATTACH PHOTOS OF OUR ROOM IN THE REVIEW. OUR WALLS WERE DISGUSTING WITH DIRTY HAND PRINTS, THE CARPET, WELL I DIDN'T WANT TO WALK ON IT. OUR BEDROOM THE CURTINS LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE PISSED ON THEM. TOILETS WOULDN'T FLUSH, CLOSET DOORS OFF AND LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. CHARGE CHARGE CHARGE, YOU CAN'T EVEN TAKE YOUR OWN COOLERS TO THE POOL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STAY!

Hyde condo visit Ft Lauderdale

Lovely stay in this great condo.

This property worked well for a quick beach get-away for two couples. The kitchen set up was sparse but we managed and were not intending to do much cooking anyway. The coffeemaker required pods and we didn't feel comfortable trying to find the brand required. So we drank instant coffee using the hot water kettle. We didn't rent a car so we did ride share or walked. Wal-mart is a quick walk but restaurants were not as prevalent as we thought they might be. Overall, a great stay and we would stay again.
