We invite you to experience this stunning and graceful 3BR 2Bath property overlooking the Miami skyline located within the 1 Hotel South Beach. Relax while gazing at the city from your private fully furnished balcony. Inside enjoy high-end decor, organic sheets, large flat screen TV, WIFI, and a fully furnished residence ready for entertaining, cooking, and feeling like you are right at home.

When requesting this condo, you feel like a guest of the hotel and will receive many of the hotel privileges just as if you were staying. Multiple infinity pools, poolside and ocean side cocktail and food service, fitness center, spa, water sports, and, 24-hour valet service.

The Space:
3 bedroom | 2 bathroom, Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen to include pots and pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, toaster, Microwave, Coffee machine, dishes, serving utensils and more. Full washer & dryer in separate laundry room. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

This residence is located on the 11th floor with gorgeous bay and city views and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and endless nightlife on Miami Beach.
