Important Information



-Wristbands: Please wear your wristbands at all times during your stay.

-Swimming Pool: Open from sunrise to sunset—perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day!

-Pool Towels: Available until 5:00 PM. Kindly return them to the pool attendant by 7:00 PM



Amenities



-Fitness Center: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Keep up with your routine or start a new one!

-Receiving/Package Room: Available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We'll hold your packages securely until you're ready to pick them up.

-Wi-Fi: Connect to Beachwalk Resort (use your email). Stay connected with ease!

-Beach Ride: Our White Van shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Please note, delays may occur when the Hallandale Beach Drawbridge is up.

- Courtesy Beach Service: Enjoy complimentary umbrellas and chairs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Esteban’s Place. Remember, it's first come, first serve with a maximum capacity of 60 chairs, so get there early to grab your spot!

!IMPORTANT! Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort has mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property. Below are the list of mandatory fees:



Resort Fee

• 1–6 days: $30 per day

• 7–15 days: $25 per day

• 16–29 days: $20 per day

• 30 days: $300 per month

• Stays exceeding 30 days: $300 + $10 per additional day



Security Deposit

• $250 authorization hold per stay.

• The release of the hold typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the guest's financial institution.



Parking Fees (Valet)

Visitor / Guest Without Reservation

• 0–3 hours: $13 + tax

• Each additional hour: $8 + tax



Hotel Guests

• 1–7 nights: $28 + tax per night

• 8–9 nights: $25 + tax per night

• 10–19 nights: $250 + tax flat rate

• 20–30 nights: $295 + tax flat rate



Late Check-Out (After 12:00 PM)

• 1 hour: $13 + tax

• Maximum daily charge: $28 + tax per day

Other Applicable Guest Charges

• Package Handling: $5 per package.

• Unreturned Key Card: $10 per key card not returned to the front desk.
