Booked for 5 days. Toilet flush was not working, not repaired and no other rooms given. Ended up worst trip by using common toilet during all the 5 days.

This property was not as listed. There was no balcony and it was not oceanfront. The owner has terrible communication skills and has refused to rectify the situation during our stay and even now a week later.

The bed was hard as the floor and extremely uncomfortable and the couch was just as bad. No tv in the bedroom. My bathroom trash can was full upon arrival. The key system is difficult and they had to reprogram my door which didn't work so i used the manual key left there. It also is nothing like what you advertised it to be..I paid for a luxury ocean front property in which your site sent me to an address that was closed after calling and explaining the situation the reservationist seem to locate a room and sent me to a completely different hotel, with no balcony or ocean view. Overall I would say this stay will ensure that I NEVER use Expedia again and I have warned all my friends not to use this app either!
