The Space:

Wake to the sound of waves and step onto wrap-around balconies where the ocean stretches endlessly before you. Glass doors bring the shoreline inside, filling each room with natural light and the gentle rhythm of the surf. Here, mornings begin with sea air and evenings close with views of the horizon.



Sleeping arrangements:

The condo offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 1,917 square feet of oceanfront space. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom also includes a queen bed. Together, these spaces accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and there is an additional smart TV in the living room.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. You will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need. Dishes, silverware, and glassware are also included, so you can enjoy meals at home before heading out to explore.



Everyday convenience

The unit includes a washer and dryer for extended stays, plus essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and room-darkening shades add comfort. A desk and high-speed WiFi provide a dedicated workspace when needed. Air conditioning, heating, and safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as a fire extinguisher, are all in place.

Parking and fees

Valet parking is available with daily and monthly rates depending on the length of your stay. A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at check-in for incidentals, and a resort fee applies depending on the number of nights reserved. Early check-in, late check-out, extra housekeeping, and items such as a crib, rollaway bed, wooden crib, or airbed are available upon request for an additional fee.

The condo is just five minutes from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and downtown area, where you will find shops, restaurants, and bars. Gulfstream Park and Casino and Aventura Mall are both within a 10-minute drive. Fort Lauderdale Airport is about 25 minutes away, and Miami International Airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
