Nice view, clear check in instructions. The key fob didn’t work most of my trip which made it inconvenient we had to ask others to let us in multiple times. Other than that nice stay.

Down-comforters on a Budget

Excellent facility, and Service. The Property Manage Andrea was so sweet and attentive. She responded timely and met expectations. The Down-comforters and Pillows were tempting to steal, similar to the robes at the Ritz.

Just as advertised

The property was very nice. Great ocean and intercostal views from the 15th floor. Andrea, the property manager, was the highlight. She went out of her way to assist with a couple things and promptly responded.

Gorgeous, clean, perfect location

Really great, clean location. Less than a mile to supermarket, practically across the street from the beach, and communication with the host was perfect. If you’re planning to cook, considering bringing in your own spices including salt and pepper. Decently stocked with cooking utensils and dishes and such. There is also a great supply of beach chairs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property, across the street from the beach! Exceptional service from AYP as the garage key stopped working on a Saturday night and the staff provided a second key within 30 minutes! The glass door to the balcony could have used some cleaning as we could barely see the (nice) view from inside.
