Building Fee : There is a one time fee of $50 per guest or per couple (minors don't pay) that is to be paid to the building front desk upon check in. Spouses and minor children will be considered as 1 guest.
Credit cards are accepted and a photo ID will be needed for all guests. Any visitors staying past 11 PM need to be registered with the Building. Please message us any visitor names so we can add them to the system.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
✔ Timely Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $250 charge.
✔ Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $500 charge plus any additional damage costs.
✔ Guest Policy: Additional guests, including visitors, will be subject to an extra nightly fee per person. Please ensure the correct number of guests is listed in your booking.
✔ No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet retreat, not a party house. If you plan to have visitors, prior approval is required, and an additional fee may apply.
✔ Parking: Free one garage space is available. access with garage card provided at the unit.
✔ Lost & Found: If personal belongings are left behind and require shipping, a $50 service fee plus the cost of shipping will apply.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee reflects in the reservation, and there is a refundable pet security deposit at check in. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.
1. All pets must be registered with the condominium association management office.
2. No more than two 1 domesticated pets (dogs, cats, cage birds and/or aquarium fish). Total maximum combined weight permitted is one hundred twenty (120) pounds.
3. Pets are only allowed in the common areas for ingress and egress purposes. Pets shall only be in the hallways of the building, elevator and lobby as a means of direct ingress or egress to and from its Owner's Unit.
4. All pets must be on a leash at all times.
5. Pets are not to cause nuisance to any surrounding neighbors. This includes excessive barking within the unit or in any of the common areas.
6. Pets are not to be left unattended on balconies, terraces, and/or patios.
7. Unit balconies, terraces, patios are not to be used as a pet waste facility. Do not sweep any feces off your balcony and this is a nuisance to all below neighbors.
8. Pet owners are responsible to pick up all waste/feces caused by their pets and dispose of it immediately. This includes both the exterior and interior of the building such as the elevator, lobby and/or corridors. Management has installed doggy stations for the convenience of all pet owners.
Please note that Midblock Miami Condominium is currently a "Pet Friendly" community. Violating any of these Pet Rules and Regulations may result in a fine, but may also cause the board to reconsider the current pet restrictions. Be courteous to your neighbors and other residents in our community.
To register your pet with the building, fill up the front desk form. Along with this form, the following items MUST also be included:

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
