The pool is heated only in winter (Dec 21 - Mar 21) up to 84°F. This is a swimming pool, not a hot tub.

There are cats in the yard.

The gardener maintains the property on Mondays and Thursdays.

The pool is cleaned on Wednesdays.

Wonderful Stay - Super Clean

My sister and I stayed at this lovely property. She cleans houses for a living and said this was the cleanest rental she’s ever seen. You can tell the owners take wonderful care of the place. I loved all of the decor, location, and the garden was gorgeous. Excellent vacation, highly recommend!

Perfect home base for beach vacation

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation! We were going to Haulover every day, which was super convenient - less than 20 min drive. The house had everything we needed, and it was nice to relax and crash in the evenings, and drink coffee by the pool in the mornings. The owner was fantastic and responded quickly to all communication. Would definitely visit again - I already miss the pool cats!

Peaceful Oasis in the middle of Miami

My husband and I stayed here during my surgical recovery. Anamaria, the owner, was extremely hospitable and so welcoming! The courtyard is just a perfect lush tropical oasis and it’s so peaceful! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could need during our stay. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of Miami and it was this quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have added this property to our list of “must stay again”!

Hidden Gem!!

Let Me tell you this property is a Beautiful Oasis from the rest of the world.very quiet ,was extremely Clean.well supplied,all we had to do was go food shopping for a few things,kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and all else you need to cook and enjoy your food,The Host/Manager was very nice and Gracious Ana Maria you were a pleasure for us to meet.We Will Be Back For Sure!!

Ana Marie was a wonderful host! She made me feel welcome and was rarely at the home, but available when needed! It is a very quiet place on a street that does not have an outlet, so no traffic noise. The place is beautiful and well worth it :)

A Home Away from Home.

We stayed five nights during the new year break and felt right at home from the first hello from the owner. With a car, Costco, Walmart, Publix are all around. We visited Fort Lauderdale, Haulover Beach Park, South Beach, Wynwood from our “home”. While at “home”, the spacious living room and two bedrooms are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and the heated swimming pool is an eye candy to watch. On a sunny day, the lush garden brings more tranquility to this super quiet house and garden. Really lovely.

Absolutely beautiful

We have stayed in many vrbo places in Florida and this was by far our favorite experience. From the moment you walk through the gate of the property, we entered the gateway to paradise. The pictures fail to show the unbelievable beauty of the peaceful atmosphere of this incredible garden. The owner is so kind and immediately available and accommodating for anything we needed. A Fantasy Property

Ana Maria is a super hostess! We loved our home away from home. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Our hostess anticipated our every need. From the little chocolates to the plush towels, we couldn't ask for anything more. Our grandchildren who visited us for the weekend had a blast in the pool and loved playing with the friendly cats. Peace and quiet

Ana Maria was terrific! We had two small problems, she came over and showed us how to eliminate them. Pool was great ! Golf courses and casino were close. The grill outside was brand new and easy to use. We cooked outside quite a bit ( damn COVID). Very enjoyable stay!

I had a very excellent stay at this property. The owner met us the first day there and was very helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean very well put together. Couldn't ask for anything more. I had asked for a steamer for pressing my clothes with and she had one for me to use. Excellent. FANTASTIC HOUSE AND MAGNIFICENT HOST

Our second stay here in the last six months. Great home, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals. Wide screen TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. Great location near everything in north Miami and not far from all the hot spots. The pool is fantastic with a fantastic back yard. Exceeded Expectations

Ana could not have been a more perfect hostess! She left treats for our arrival, had all the necessities ready for us in the home and truly cared about getting to know her renters. Her home was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the cats in the backyard made it feel like we were home away from home. Her backyard is extremely secluded we felt like were on a tropical island. I've never been so sad to leave a rental property. There is no doubt I'll be returning!

Golden glades

My stay here was pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked. I only used the front bedroom and bathroom. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was nice. Never used the second bathroom. It was clean but older style. The pictures for place and property are accurate. I went during horrible weather so Pool use was out of question. Manager was great. She checked up on me daily via text. I would stay there again. 😁

Miami Grand Prix stay

My adult daughter and I stayed at this beautiful property the first week of May for the Miami Grand Prix. We highly recommend this property! Property was well stocked and didn't need anything (except our own food and beverages). Very clean, spacious and quiet. Photos listed of property don't do it justice. We thought it was even more beautiful than the photos show. Very clean, spacious and quiet. One of our favorite things was relaxing in the pool and stargazing at night. Ana Maria was in contact with me, responding to questions and checking in to make sure all was going well with our stay. No problems at all. Like others have mentioned, it's your own little oasis while away from home. Perfect for us after a long day at the race track and our first trip to Miami. Thank you for your hospitality, Ana Maria! We will definitely return for our next trip.

Private Rainforest Oasis

When you come through the metal gates it's like walking into a beautiful rainforest retreat the house is very comfortable and there is nothing you will need, there's a large grill and a beautiful pool in the back ....Ms. Scampini supplies everything.. now there are several cats on the property but they don't bother anyone they actually add to the 'jungle' experience, we never saw Ms. Scampini but she checked in every morning by text to make sure there wasn't anything we needed...Beware if you shop for supplies before you arrive if you don't have a specific reason to be in Miami you may never leave the house..can't wait to come back Thank You Ms. Scampini

Secluded tropical Stay

My husband and I had a very nice stay here! I would highly recommend it to others as well. The place was very secluded. We flew into Ft. Lauderdale and visited with family in Miami as well-- it was pretty centrally located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami-- so it was convenient. Ana Maria (the Host) was always very responsive to me when I reached out to her. We were able to enjoy the pool (which apparently is shared with some of the other tenants) in the shared space area. It was on the cool side, but we still managed to get in and enjoy it. If you are prone to mosquitos... I would strongly suggest bringing some bug spray if you plan on spending a great deal of time out near the pool area. There were several outdoor cats hanging around the premises as well. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Ana Maria had coffee there for the coffee pot- so that was nice that I did not have to buy or bring my own coffee in the morning to make -- she even had a few bottles of water in the bridge for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, it was clean and relaxing. Thank you!
