Conveniently located in North Miami, the property provides easy access to I-95 and the Palmetto Expressway. It is also near the beach, Miami International Airport, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Forget your worries in this serene and spacious retreat. Whether you're sightseeing, working, or unwinding, this is the perfect place to recharge. The property is surrounded by lush, mature vegetation, creating a peaceful, paradise-like garden setting.

Important House Rules:

Children are NOT allowed.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No marijuana/weed smoking anywhere on the property. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors.

The property is not accessible for individuals with mobility challenges or obesity, as there are steps and the furniture is not reinforced.

Additional Notes:

There are cats in the yard.

Security cameras are installed near the entrance for safety.

The gardener maintains the property on Mondays and Thursdays.

The pool is cleaned on Wednesdays.
