- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person). The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to Marriott Stanton South Beach beach club. Fee (Resort Fee): $59 + tax per day (approx. $66.67/day). This fee needs to be paid at least 4 hours before check-in. This amenity fee must be paid through the Resolution Center before we can send your check-in details to The Elser. It can take up to 2 hours for the building to enter you into their system, which is required in order to receive your fob and access the unit. To avoid delays, we recommend paying the fee as soon as possible.
- Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your stay. This will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.
