With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 28th floor and facing North, Make It Happen! is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1450 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Make It Happen! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Step into Make It Happen! and immerse yourself in a fully renovated haven. The moment you enter, an open-concept layout welcomes you. The heart of the home is the kitchen with an oversized island featuring seating for three. This fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, ensuring that cooking during your vacation is effortless, made even more convenient by a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away. As an extra touch of indulgence, discover the wine fridge nestled within the kitchen island.

The kitchen seamlessly melds with the living area, creating a harmonious flow that complements the views beyond the sliding glass doors. Gaze out onto the waters of Biscayne Bay and the tranquil Margaret Pace Park, you'll find it challenging to divert your attention from the breathtaking scene. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the immersive 65" Roku streaming TV.

The dining area graciously accommodates up to six guests, offering a perfect setting to convene for a meal and share the day's Miami adventures.

The living area leads to your private balcony, furnished with seating areas where you can bask in the Miami sun and enjoy views of Heart Island and Biscayne Bay.

The master bedroom suite, positioned off the dining area, spans the entire length of the condo. A king-sized bed takes prime position to ensure you enjoy both the views and a restful slumber. Accompanied by a 55" Roku TV filled with endless entertainment, this room also provides direct access to your private balcony. The walk-in closet is spacious enough to tuck away all your Miami shopping finds. Meanwhile, the private bathroom offers a spa-like retreat with the option to indulge in a standalone bathtub or luxuriate in the oversized walk-in shower.

Positioned on the opposite side of Make it Happen!, you'll find the second bedroom that caught your eye upon entering the condo. This space features a king-sized bed strategically placed to offer spectacular views, with balcony access to soak in the surroundings. A 55” Roku streaming TV ensures entertainment at your fingertips. Additionally, this bedroom offers access to the second full bathroom which features a shower. Conveniently, this bathroom can be reached both from within the bedroom and from the main hallway where you first stepped in.

Our aim in crafting this exquisite gem was simply to "Make It Happen!”, to provide a flawless 2-bedroom vacation condo that would inspire you to start planning your next visit before you've even completed your current stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.

- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.

- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:

- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.

- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.

- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.



Travel Insurance:

- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend) 
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-  If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy) 
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit. 
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in. 
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.

- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found. 
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.


AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)
28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests

- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests

-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
