Our apartment features an open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is modern with wood-grain cabinetry. Floors are polished large-format tile. An integrated dark-wood closet system keeps things tidy. Dramatic crimson red accent walls add energy. An ornate white Rococo-style chandelier hangs above. A geometric red and cream area rug anchors the space. Large-scale framed cityscape art completes the look. The atmosphere is chic and energetic, with a striking color palette of bold crimson, crisp white, and charcoal tones.

-Balconies are closed and cannot be used
-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.
Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).
