The Space:

This spacious one-bedroom condo in the heart of South Beach sleeps up to four guests and sits just one block from the ocean on Collins Avenue. The standout feature? The property is equipped with NoiseAware, a noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.



There are also surveillance cameras on the property for your safety and security. There are none inside the property.



We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. However, these are not replenished.



The rooms at this complex have different owners, and some rentals are run by outside agencies and not by the owners themselves. Just keep this in mind when you are inquiring or making requests about something at the property.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to have the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the reservation platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



The hotel offers covered parking with a fee, with in & out privileges.
