Our homey apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

• Two Queen beds and TV in the first bedroom.
• Queen bed in the second bedroom;
• Queen sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Balcony with a spectacular view;
• Onsite washer and dryer;
• 1 free parking spot (oversized vehicles will not fit) and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find).

As our guest, you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers: • Lushly landscaped recreation decks;

• 1 free parking spot (oversized vehicles will not fit) and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find).

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The Residence is located in Brickell neighbourhood, close to restaurants, bars, Brickell City Centre (Mall). Publix supermarket is 3 blocks away, 3 miles to Wynwood, 5 miles to Design District and South Beach, 15 minutes to the airport.

Getting Around:
Metromover station is just one block away (public transportation).

Other Things to Note:
To make your arrival as smooth and welcoming as possible, we’ve stocked the apartment with essential supplies to cover your needs on the first day, ensuring a comfortable start to your stay.

Please note:

• Per building administration rules, each apartment is limited to one physical key and one fob. However, our smart lock system allows access via a mobile app, and we can provide multiple digital entry codes for convenience. If needed, registered guests may purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for approximately $10. This service is available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.

• Washcloths: We do not provide washcloths, so you may wish to bring your own for added comfort.

• Respectful Atmosphere: Out of respect for all residents, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low. Parties or loud gatherings that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. If this rule is disregarded, the building management may impose fines, which will be passed on to the responsible guests.
