The Space:

Welcome to Le Frontenac by Go Florida Condo, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Sunny Isles.



The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room create a welcoming space, while a work desk with an additional screen is available for those who need to catch up on work. In-suite laundry facilities add to the convenience, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Free parking is provided for one vehicle. Beach essentials like towels, chairs, and a parasol are also available for your use.



During your stay at Le Frontenac, take some time to relax by the pool or enjoy a friendly game at the pool table for some extra fun.



House rules and conditions: You will have full access to the condo and common areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony, inside the condo, and anywhere on the property. We kindly ask that you provide your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Our host will meet you on-site for check-in, which is available between 4 PM and 9 PM. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 PM, and no check-ins are allowed after midnight.



Essentials such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware, and dishes are provided. Guests are responsible for doing their own laundry (towels), washing dishes, and taking out the trash. Please note that body soap, shampoo, and other hygiene or cleaning products are not provided.



For check-out, we ask that you inform us of your estimated departure time at least 24 hours in advance. Check-out is by 10 AM, with late check-out available upon prior approval and subject to an additional fee.
