The space

Located above it all on the 49th floor of the W Residences in the heart of Brickell, this luxury penthouse is freshly renovated offering state of the art tech on top of its sweeping ocean and city views. The 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 4 beds are decorated in stunning Miami style. Live like a rockstar with a state of the art Dolby Atmos surround sound system, while the 4K HDR flat screen will transport you straight into the movies. Fully customizable Phillips Hue lighting responds to Siri and can energize you with everything from a fiery sunset scene to a cool Arctic blue mood. USB chargers are built into every bedroom and common areas so you’ll never forget your charge! The SubZero kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook while the luxurious master bath is decked out in spa style with an extra large jet tub and generous rain shower.

Take advantage of all the plush amenities the W Hotel has to offer which makes it one of the hottest spots in the city free of charge. Top floor spacious penthouse. I was delighted to see ample clean linen, toilet paper, pots, and pans, and dishware all included. Nice appliances. I cooked every day. It was very convenient having the washer and dryer—all the necessities and conveniences of home. I live in a luxury penthouse with fantastic views in New York. The amenities and views included with this rental are indeed luxurious. The balcony at night with a glass of wine is a moment to be cherished. The entire experience was a luxurious metropolitan vibe! The WiFi worked perfectly. Whole Foods is a block away, and Publix is not far. Though the move-in assistant was late due to traffic, the check-in procedure was seamless once he arrived. In addition, the host was available and accommodating.

We love Brickell Avenue, and this penthouse with a phenomenal view took you high above the noise and crowds, but offered that and great restaurants and shopping at your feet when you wanted that taste of city.

The property is very nice and the amenities are amazing. Everything looks as is in the pictures. The manager is very communicative. We weren't able to stay the duration of the entire time due to a dispute one of our guests had with security. Overall it was nice and I would go again, sans a few guests I had.

The view from this penthouse is just superb, unreal! It is exactly as stated, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Two beautiful balconies to enjoy the wonderful views! This penthouse is centrally located in Brickle Miami, close to all the shops and restaurants. The whole process from checkin to check out was seamless, Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and extremely prompt in his responses to our queries. Additional benefit was being able to use all the facilities available at the W Miami Hotel. Having the second bedroom was nice, since our two children were also able to join us during our visit in Miami. The penthouse is “smart“, can enjoy your own music and multiple movie channels, etc. You cannot go wrong renting this exquisite Penthouse and we will definitely be staying here again in the future! Great property, clean, bright plenty of room and unobstructed water and city views. The house is stocked with basic essentials and fully equipped kitchen for all your eatery needs. Jon the property manager is a great communicator. The home well-situated close walking distance to Mary Brickell Village, shopping, and restaurants.
