The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This 492 sq. ft. studio features a comfortable king-sized bed, a modern bathroom, and a cozy living area. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or unwind on the balcony while taking in breathtaking views of the city skyline. Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami, the studio is part of the exclusive Gale Hotel and Residences. You'll be surrounded by vibrant culture, upscale dining, and lively entertainment options. Just a short distance away, you can explore the iconic Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and the Perez Art Museum. For nightlife enthusiasts, Brickell and the Wynwood Arts District offer an array of trendy bars and clubs. Whether you're looking to relax by the bay or dive into Miami’s dynamic urban scene, this location offers the best of both worlds.
Getting Around:
With a central location, getting around is a breeze! The studio is conveniently situated near public transportation, including buses and the metro, making it easy to explore Miami. Just a short walk will take you to popular attractions like South Beach, the Miami Design District, and the vibrant nightlife of Brickell. Parking options are available nearby for those with a vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
There is a parking fee of $51 plus tax per day and the resort fee is $35 plus tax per day.
A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory. KEYCARD RULE: A $60 deposit is required for the issuance of a keycard. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the keycard. Failure to return the keycard will result in the deduction of the deposit as a replacement fee. We kindly remind all patrons to ensure the timely return of their keycards to avoid any unnecessary charges. Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. TOILET: We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.

We absolutely love pets—but for practical reasons specific to our condos, we’re unable to accommodate animals in these units.
This is due to a combination of carpeted floors, HOA restrictions, and limited space, which make it hard to maintain the comfort and cleanliness we promise all our guests.
Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A $550 fine will apply if an unapproved pet is detected.
