Our Jr. 2 bedroom Almost Heaven is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you need for a truly unforgettable experience. Enjoy jaw-dropping waterfront views that are sure to leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach just a 3-mile distance away you can indulge in the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's truly the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 17th floor and facing South, Almost Heaven! is a Jr. size 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific Downtown Miami skyline views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, Almost Heaven! is the perfect monthly getaway (sorry, no nightly stays available). Almost Heaven! accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Completely remodeled and boasting almost heavenly vibes, Almost Heaven! is the ideal option for your extended stay in Miami. Due to its popularity, this condo typically fills up quickly, so don't hesitate to book it when you have the chance.

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a stunning open-concept kitchen that's been fully renovated and stocked with everything you need. The Publix grocery store, located a 1/2 block away, makes it easy to pick up all your ingredients. There's a built-in counter with stools, perfect for socializing while you cook or for a quick meal. With an abundance of counter space, you'll have plenty of room to get creative in the kitchen. To the left of the entrance is a spacious second bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

As you step into the living room, the stunning views of downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Port of Miami will take your breath away. The living room is equipped with a Roku streaming TV that includes a plethora of free TV shows and movies. The sliding glass doors lead out to your own balcony, providing a spot to bask in the beauty of Miami's skyline and waterfront, day or night. This is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Located next to the living room, the second bedroom in Almost Heaven! is a great choice for a good night's rest. This room offers direct access to the balcony, so you can enjoy the amazing views right from your bed. Equipped with a queen bed and Roku streaming TV, you can unwind and relax after a day of exploring Miami.

The master bedroom suite at Almost Heaven! is the perfect retreat with a king bed, Roku streaming TV, a large desk for remote work, and a window that offers beautiful views of the city. The walk-thru closet leads to a fully renovated master bathroom with a spacious layout. From the renovated interior to the breathtaking views from the balcony, this condo truly lives up to its name. It's not just a place to lay your head at night, but a destination that will make you feel like you've found a piece of paradise in the heart of Miami.

LOCATION:
The Grand is situated in the heart of downtown Miami, overlooking Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. Its prime location puts it in close proximity to numerous incredible areas that should be on every traveler's must-visit list.

Getting Around/Parking
Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.
Regarding parking, at The Grand, valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:
1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
Please be aware that the valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked with the valet, and there are no electric charging stations available in the valet area.

-Our retail lobby also houses an Enterprise rental car company for your convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
-We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking.

-We are happy to assist with changing the dates of your reservation if you provide us with a notice of at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Please be aware that the new dates may have different pricing, and no refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to. Kindly note that we can only accommodate one change of dates.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given. 

-Guests are solely responsible for obtaining their own trip insurance. Owners cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for their travel arrangements and any unforeseen events.

BUILDING RULES:
- VISITORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THAN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. (You can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended)
- The MAX occupancy for this property is 4 adults + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
- Visitors are not permitted (for any length of time)
- Absolutely no loud music or parties
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction.
- Number of guests must not exceed occupancy amount for this property (State Exact Amount of Guests When Booking)
- We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property, If smoking is detected you will face eviction and forfeit deposit
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can not be held liable for any amenities being closed during your stay, this is out of our control so we are unable to give refunds for this situation if it should arise.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted, we are unable to amend this rule as we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. Of course service animals are allowed.
- The booking must be made by anyone 21 years of age or older who will also be staying in the condo.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building (Through Security at The Front Desk, Access to Elevators, In From Pool, In/Out of Gym) Information is deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- Cars must not be taller then 6'6" or longer then a large SUV (No Vans, Trucks, Motorcycles, Mopeds, or Trailers Allowed)
- We are unable to amend the strict cancellation policy in place. Please purchase trip insurance.

Packages
-Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours, for building registration. This is mandatory (please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend)
-Please make sure to do this as SOON as possible after booking so we can proceed with registering everyone. We manage 85+ condos here at The Grand, so being prompt submitting all your ID's will help us help you to have a great stay.

Valet fees:
Valet is the only available option. You have two valet choices:

1. Purchase a daily valet voucher for $34 prior to your arrival day.
2. Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)

- Emails for each adult
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
