Room was very nice, small, but nice. And who spends much time in a room when on vacation anyway? We felt very safe and the included parking was great! We had everything we needed. Central location to many area activities, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Hosts were prompt with replies to any questions we had.

The Arya is in a great location and the free parking is a huge plus. The unit itself is very cozy and comfortable, and I really appreciated the wine and water in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the decor is really cute. My unit was fairly quiet though you can occasionally hear honking/music from the street--it is Coconut Grove after all! I had a few communication challenges when I extended my stay by a day and ended up having to check-out/check-in again which the front desk didn't know, and then I got locked out of my room later that day. The rental company has several numbers you can contact, but no one answered any of them when I called to troubleshoot these issues (and at least one sounded like a fax). Text responses varied in speed but communication was always positive.
