Cleanliness & Damages: Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, stains, or missing items after checkout.

Unapproved guests or unauthorized late checkouts may incur a fee of $100.

Hot Tub & Extras: The following are available by request only and subject to availability:
Hot tub heating: $10/night
Early check-in @1 PM: $35
Late checkout @1 PM: $35
Fire pit use: $25

Bathroom Note: The bathroom is small with limited leg space. Best suited for guests who are comfortable with a cozy setup.

Bugs: To avoid insects entering the space, please keep the door closed at all times. We are not responsible for bugs that enter if the door is left open.

Washcloths: For hygiene reasons, washcloths are not provided.

Bedroom Door: There is a small cosmetic crack on the bedroom door. It functions normally.

Parking Safety: Please do not leave valuables in your car.

Reporting Issues: Any problems must be reported during your stay so we can address them promptly. Concerns raised after checkout will not be considered.
