I understand it’s a few blocks from the beach, so the price was acceptable. But once I saw the room it was disappointing. A few fix ups can’t hurt the owner. The wall paper is falling off from a few corners, the sink exploded on me, water was dripping from the ceiling, no night stands in fact it looks like they were stolen and never replaced, a mirror by the bed was just leaning on the wall, the shower had NO curtain or door to the bathroom & the tub didn’t even work. I can go on. Also the phone numbers that are provided, no one answers! Adds to the fact that they are not on sight. Disappointed in the price I paid for what I ended up with.

Great location, good price

Neat little apartment. Not a lot of frills here but it certainly fit what we needed. Small fridge. A hot plate and toaster are there. Little store a block up the street was very helpful. No parking but there is a lot across the street that lets you park overnight for $35 a day. Active night club nearby so it isn’t exactly quiet at night. One odd thing, the shower has no privacy to the bedroom. No curtain no door. Basically a big jetted bathtub in the corner with a shower head. Just keep in mind South Beach is pretty expensive.

Hidden Fees and unreliable sevice

I was over charged and not accommodated. The over charge was all of my money and they were unable to supply funds even though it was their fault.
