The Tides at Hollywood Beach has been fully renovated, featuring two seasonally heated swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, 24-Hour State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, Concierge services, Valet parking, Attended front desk, 24-Hour security and Access Control.

Perfect location with great view

We came to town for a Taylor Swift concert and this condo was great for our family of 4. Very comfortable king size bed. Lovely view and nice big dining room table. Thanks for having us!

My son, his gf and myself visited Miami for our forth Rolling Loud in a row. We usually try a different place each time as our home base for the week. This was by far the best choice yet. Room was clean, easy in/out. Fantastic view. Overall great experience.

Awesome Getaway Spot

We drew down to Florida for a quick getaway and loved Jorge and Mara’s spot! Clean, great views, and just a few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Everything thing provided from beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to top quality TV and sound system this place is thoughtfully put together. Direct pool and beach access and spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views.

“Room with a View”

The best thing about our stay was the view from the 6th floor condo slider! The pool and the ocean beyond were stunning! The condo was very conveniently located by the elevators and was well supplied with everything you need for your stay! Exceptionally clean and comfortable!

Fun times close to Hollywood Beach

We had a great time staying in this unit. The on site cafe is fabulous and very convenient with their delivery right to the unit. We loved being right on the beach! The Hollywood Broadwalk is a 5 min drive away with tons of things to do, great places to eat, and yummy cocktails.

Spent four nights here at this beautiful condo celebrating birthdays. Fantastic location. Condo was well furnished and had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. Owner went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Girls Getaway

The condo was beautiful. Easy access to pool and beach. Jorge and Mara have all the extras like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc available so you didn’t have to worry about bringing your own.

Way too many rules to deal with

Loved my actual rental space. Right by elevator easy to access. Owners couldn’t be nicer ! So accommodating. The property is very Latin influenced which I food not know or would not even care but I never felt welcome by any staff ever. I’m very friendly as my husband we are in hospitality business and he is bilingual but he tried to speak to staff to say hello and thank you good bye and not one single person ever greeted us not good morning good day nothing. So disappointed and felt discriminating

Great location and condo

Great location, very comfortable condo and excellent view from the balcony. Check in process was a bit hectic, but the valet attendant and employees were helpful. The pool area was great, very family friendly and being right on the beach was awesome. The only downside was the visitor policy- my parents are local and wanted to come say hi… only issue was they weren’t allowed in the pool. Overall great and comfortable condo. Beach chairs and toys were a huge plus. We’d definitely rent again.

Fantastic place to stay. Property owner was simply outstanding.

We found this unit to be a nice, clean, very comfortable and spacious condo with a pool/ocean view. I was also surprised how quiet this unit considering the location. It was a quick and easy drive from Miami Intl. The location is pretty central and easy to access the interstate. I would absolutely return to this place. There were no concerns and the owners made themselves available if you need anything. Thanks

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week! It end up being 2 properties away from where my husband and I honeymooned so it made all the more special. The condo was perfectly located. Private access to the beach was convenient and great. It was clean and spacious. We didn't realize the 2nd bathroom didn't have a shower so that was a bit of an inconvenience with a pre-teen daughter. But other than that, it was perfect!

Short visit - perfect last minute stay

The unit was in a nice quiet location. The pools were nice with plenty of chairs. We felt safe as there was a front desk attendant always on duty. Jorge was quick to communicate with and was even able to get us into the condo in one hour after the place we previously rented had pool renovations and only access was down the road. There were a couple of restaurants in the area that had good food. We didn’t bother with groceries so can’t speak to a full kitchen but everything we needed was there. Furniture was comfortable. We were also able to rent chairs and umbrella a short walk down the beach. Nice and relaxing!
