It is not comfortable hotel

bed was very bad, receptionist was not polite. towels were dirty. there were not many parking space, had to use valet parking.

Great value!

Great value for your money, everything as promised. Free valet parking and wifi. You get a nice clean room, good size, comfortable bed, and we got one with a kitchen. Great location for shopping and close to the airport. If you are looking for beach time though, don't choose this hotel. Beach is too far away.

Prima verblijf

Hier voor 1 nacht verbleven. Ligt vlakbij 2 shopping malls. Hadden een 6 persoonskamer (2 slaapkamers en een bedbank) op de 2e etage. De woonkamer en keuken hadden geen daglicht. Geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten bij de kamer. Zeer zachte bedden, 3 flatscreens en valet parking. Verder geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten ivm korte verblijf ivm doorreis.

Perfeito para o que se propõe

A estadia foi muito boa. A piscina é muito bacana, o quarto é ótimo e espaçoso e o hotel se dispõe muito bem ao que se propõe, que é servir de hospedagem para quem deseja fazer compras nos dois enormes outlets próximos ao hotel. Parece não possuir serviço de quarto e o bar não estava funcionando quando estive lá, mas isto parece menor frente aos pontos positivos.

Looks better than it is

A 9 nights stay. CONS - Impossible to get the room before check-in time (4pm). The hotel is quite new so space is small and dark (compared to other suite-hotel in Doral). Lighting is insufficient. The bed is so soft you sink in it. Daily room housekeeping is random (sometime you have all the towels, sometime not, etc.). The kitchen set was unusable (all Teflon scratched). Almost mandatory us of the valet as it as very few spot for self parking. PROS - Housekeeping everyday. Convenience of the washing/drying in your room. Location is good (coffee and restaurant in front, as International Mall at walking distance). They receive you package at the front desk.

Muito Bom!

Hotel no geral muito bom. Quarto amplo, cama enorme, roupa de cama e toalhas em boas condições, sem carpetes, silencioso, bom sistema de climatização e tv à cabo. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos foi perfeito. A piscina é ampla, com água morna e ainda tem hidro aquecida. O serviço de manobrista e estacionamento, que é grátis, foi impecável. Apesar de não possuir restaurante, adoramos e recomendamos este hotel.

very good location

Once you are there, you will notice, that is a kind of less fancy stayover compared to other hotels. It is good for reservation to alert guests, that the key-card should not be held close to the cell phone, otherwise you might have to walk your way back to the front desk to have the room key reactivated. A safety chainlock at the room door will do. With little efforts they can give the overall area where you have transistion of guests a cleaner aspect. I think I will repeat my stay. Thank hotels.com

Eu achei excelente a estadia no hotel. É bastante limpo, possui estacionamento e wifi de qualidade. A unica coisa que me chateou foi que esqueci a chave do carro no lobby um dia e no dia seguinte quando fui procurar ninguem tinha visto a chave, então as 23h quando chegou o vigia descobri que ele havia deixado a chave em cima da mesa do gerente com um recado de todo o tamanho para entregar a quem procurasse. Resultado perdi 1 dia de viagem. A comunicação do Front Desk deixa a desejar.
