Half the elevators are broken and the working ones make a loud noise all night long screeching. Good luck sleeping. The second night we were lucky to get switched to a room farthest from the elevator but could still hear the noise at night. It doesn’t appear they sweep the floors in the rooms often. They also had charges booked to our room on checkout for a hotel bar (we never visited any bar or amenities at the hotel) still waiting for them to refund us the unnecessary charges. Also be aware of resort fees they charge you nightly around $30/night but you only find out at checkout. Oh and if you want extra blankets for the room they will refuse. Terrible management!

My family enjoyed breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and had healthy options to choose from. Pool was nice and clean. Good city views. What I didn’t like about this hotel was that check in was exactly at 4pm and the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. Hidden fees and bathroom outlet not working. Valet parking and hotel fee overpriced also bar drinks prices overrated.

The hotel has an excellent location, perfect if you’re planning to explore the vibrant Brickell area. The pool is lovely, with warm and welcoming water, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Melessa Jules, the Front Office Manager, who was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist in every possible way. Her positive attitude made a real difference. As a family of four with teenagers, we found this hotel to be a wonderful choice. Thank you for a great stay!
