Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The unit was not cleaned before our stay. Coffee stains on the tables and grimy, bread crumbs all over the counter. Floors were dirty, and hair all over. When enquiring from the front desk they simply pulled up their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do due to the unit being a privately owned. We should contact the owner. Not a pleasant experience.
