"Overall my experience was a good one. I live in Miami but I was in need of a hotel due to some home remodeling, something close to my job. My biggest and only issue was that the air conditioning is worthless. The room did not get cold at all. I called room service multiple times and all they kept saying is "I will reset it from my end" or "We will have maintenance take a look at the circuit" I stayed for 3 nights and my room faced the arena (beautiful view by the way) but the sunrise would heat...
