Convenient location to beach access with chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is a super cute boutique hotel with modern rooms. They are a bit small if you are more than 2 ppl but you can make it work. Hotel bar has happy hour and free trolley access to south beach

The food at the hotel was very good. The pool was nice and warm. The staff were helpful and friendly. Short walk to the beach where the hotel supplied us chairs and an umbrella. You can get beach towels from the front desk.

We enjoyed our room with the beach amenities. The staff was friendly and the bar restaurant on site was nice. However, their wait staff and serving of food took awhile. I would still recommend this location for a night or two.

The beach was one street further, but easily accessible. The hotel is very well located and very friendly. The room was nice. A slight problem was the shower that had a very low pressure, and the soap was difficult to reach--the hotel may want to fix this.
