The living area is furnished with another smart TV and comfortable seating, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. A dedicated workspace allows you to stay productive if needed. • Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges
incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes
• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 7-10 business days to return to your card.
- We reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit if your unit becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
