We were suppose to check in at 4pm on the 11th; per cleaning lady, property was still occupied by prior tenants. she was waiting for them for 4 hours and did not know at what time we were able to check in. After a while, the manager said it could be ready at 6pm, which we calculated in the time frame it would be impossible. With that uncertainty, we cancelled the reservation and looked for another place to stay.
