Welcome to our beautiful modern condo in Miami. The space features 1 bedroom and bath, with a queen pullout, and all the amenities you could want. Located in the heart of Edgewater on the bay, just steps from Margaret Pace Park. We have a home office setup with high speed WiFi (500mbps), and two Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies. Your stay comes with one indoor garage parking spot, a large heated pool, a fitness room, and various shops and restaurants directly under the you. Our condo comes turn-key ready, fully furnished, with beds made, fresh towels ready, and a stocked kitchen. The bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and pull out mattress in the living room is a queen gel-foam bed. A 55” smart tv is mounted in the bedroom, and a 65” smart tv is mounted in the living room. We have a brand new drip coffee maker, Caraway cookware, and new stainless steel appliances. Downstairs we have a UPS, Nail Salon, Bank, Pizza, Café, and more. The parking space is a private enclosed garage, with a private spot just for your vehicle. We also have a brand new Nest smart A/C system, with powerful and efficient air to get you through the Miami heat. In the closet we have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs that recline and come with built-in storage and coolers, along with a beach umbrella perfect for a day at South Beach. Every amenity you could ask for is right at your fingertips, and if you need anything just let us know!
