this property is simple amazing, was so inviting and I really liked the coziness feel I got when you walk in the lobby. The lush plants around the restaurant as you walk outside of the lobby. I like boutique hotels and this one that people have to experience. The staff is incredible!

Although the address is listed as on Collins Rd., the entry to this establishment is located on 21st St. The Jr. suite was a perfrct size for 3-4 adults with a balcony. The king bed was quite comfortable.

I enjoyed this place, the vibe was relaxing from the wood and naturals coming together, from the complementary activities and amenities Also being in the mix of the beach right at your fingertips a plus , We arrived the early week and checked out before the weekend rush, so it was not the huge extra crowd yet it was was busy daily. We enjoyed our stay at the Boulan. The location is great and staff excellent. I especially liked the smell of the Boulan upon entering and my wife liked the Molten Brown products in the room Cons- $45 a day for valet parking, the pool seemed to close very early. The resort fee provides 2 loungers on the beach but you must pay for the umbrella. Also we learned the cabanas by the pool were not included in the resort fee, I felt this was a bit chintzy on the part of the hotel.
