Not what the pictures show
We are an older couple, so the furniture is very important to us. All of the living furniture had been changed and was very uncomfortable for older folks. Very close to the floor. Also, communication was not timely. There was a second step of paperwork that I didn’t know about and when Maritza sent it , it had already been filled out by other renters and I had to do it a second time. Also, the equipment in the apartment to clean were broken and not able to clean. When we took possession of the apartment it was dirty and there were 2 rusty folding chairs on the balcony. It was a terrible first impression. Lastly, we had a cold snap and the furnace would not go on. I called Miritza and never received a call back. We ended up leaving two weeks early. I take exception with VRBO, They charge a large fee and they do nothing to ensure their rentals are up to date.
