Chic, contemporary hotel with personalized concierge service. Our 81 room hotel is located in central South Beach. A hotel designed to keep families, business travelers, groups, and guests just looking to have some fun and relaxation.

Located where all the action and attractions are. We are steps away from the convention center, beach, botanical garden, the historical fire station, Holocaust museum, the Fillmore, parks, Ballet School of Miami, 2 minutes from Lincoln Road Mall, and many restaurants and bars.

Your card will be authorized $50 per day for incidentals upon arrival ($250 maximum). Once we confirm there were no incidents during the stay, this incidentals deposit is refunded to you after checking out from the property.

The hotel does not have parking onsite, however, there is parking is available 2 blocks from the property for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the daily Resort Fee collected by the Hotel is already included in the total displayed to you, thus, there is no extra charge to pay at the property.

Upon arrival you will be asked to leave a Security Deposit in case of damages during your stay. Once confirmed there were no damages or incidents; this deposit is released back to you and it may take 3 to 10 business days for you to see it back depending on your bank institution policies.

Great location & place in MB

We really enjoyed the location in Miami Beach. Check in was easy and they were able to hold our luggage the day of check in as well as check out so we could explore without it.

Amazing Location

Was such a great location for the convention center. Basic accomodations - comfortable beds, small kitchen with a few supplies to use to cook and eat. Has a coffee machine, but make sure you bring your own coffee. Has a small fridge, toaster, microwave and a couple burners - was perfect for my stay. Housekeeping service daily which was a pleasant surprise.

This is for a 3 bedroom accommodation. One small bedroom with no storage. Two bigger bedrooms that are okay. This is to small if you are staying for longer.

Pictures in listing are just samples of what you may or may not get in your "condo". There is not enough seating for a group of six or seven like I had. This is a Hotel that puts 2 small units together for the 3 room condo that I requested.

Listed as a 3 bedroom but was two joining rooms

Staff was freindly but the rooms were not as described. To leave or enter the second door you would have to go though a bedroom. Again was told a 3 bedroom but was a joining and the one kitch table was in a bedroom..

Great experience. The property actually looked like the pictures. I was scared about that ha. All 3 rooms were cleaned and room service cleaned it every day! They were ninjas, never saw them. All the workers were super friendly and responsive. We got there super early, so had to wait for the room. They told us we can change in their big bathroom available and they'd hold our bags so was no issue. Across the street was a trolley stop which is free! So great location. I recommend.
