Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 8 with all the necessary dinnerware.

The entire apartment is for your exclusive use. Please observe check in time is 4pm due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check in. If you require an early check in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check in.

• No Parties or Events – Please keep gatherings small and respectful.
• No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is welcome outside the building only.
• Security – Outdoor cameras are in place for your safety.

• Nature in South Florida – Due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally see ants or roaches even in the cleanest homes. We provide monthly professional pest control and appreciate your understanding.
