My family and I had such an amazing experience staying at Natalie's property! Everything was so seamless from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, and the apartment was pristine!! Everything about the property was great and the experience was great as well. We felt so safe in the hotel and the apartment was so clean and exactly as advertised! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Miami Beach! Walking distance from shopping and many wonderful restaurants. The property was amazing and the views are beautiful! Outstanding condo, hotel and management

Hotel 1 was an unexpected bonus. We loved the amenities and VIP experience. The condo was beautifully decorated to match Hotel 1. Joe Semary and Robinson were excellent to deal with. Looking forward to renting 1013 again!!
