I’m looking forward to booking there again soon. I love the atmosphere. It was a really great place to stay and I had a lot of offer as far as food down in the lobby. They had a Starbucks enterprise whatever you needed. They had there on the spot. It was very convenient.

Amazing space and unbeatable views over Biscayne Bay! Getting to the space was a bit confusing due to construction and having to check in through an adjoining hotel, but the directions I received ahead of time were clear. My only complaint was the floor was not clean. I notified them and this would not keep me from renting here again.

This building was under construction. It took forever to get up and down. No pool as it was being renovated. Hot tub is the best ever. The apartment was comfortable but very bare. Not enough towels and they were fairly old. No point of contact. I’ve been to the Grand often and this was not their top accommodations. Valet parking took some time. Overall though perfect for a short stay.

This is so far the best place! The location is so convenient and Nate from the COZY is so nice and kind. The place literally looks no difference from my friend’s room in Double tree. I will definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Miami.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was big and beautiful. We addressed a couple of things with our contact person and they had a maintenance guy at the condo almost immediately. The building security is next level and the added bonus of a Starbucks and another cafe brought this condo to the next level for us. We will definitely be back.
