The apartment we stayed in wasn’t exactly clean. There were food marks and stains on the dressers and in the bed and the dining room table. The place isn’t updated at all. It had a mold smell in there. The air conditioning was only effective in the living room in the rooms it was stuffy. The pictures don’t really reflect what the apartment looked like for our stay. They didn’t provide any wash clothes and didn’t notify us before hand to let us know that wash clothes aren’t provided. We did like the kitchen it was clean well stocked with utensils. The tv didn’t work there wasn’t any batteries for the remote.

This is a cute place, walkable distance from the beach and many restaurants and cafes! However, lacked cleanliness , no dish towels for the kitchen which was disappointing … we had to use our bathroom towels which is gross… Otherwise, comfy beds, could use dark curtains for two of the bedrooms and found we could hear the neighbours a little too well all night.. But overall cute and did the job. Likely our first and last time staying however.

I loved this apartment! Very clean, comfortable and modern, and it has everything you may need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and Bal Harbor shops. Staff was very friendly and we could check in earlier.

Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major.

Good for cooking your food and close to the beach

The location is great. The apartment is spacious. I rented this place because of its location and the kitchen since I want to be able to cook my own food. All you need for cooking is there, I wish they had 4 storages food containers :) The place needs attention with cleaning and the hot water was not as hot as I personally wish.

This was a perfect location close to my Father’s condo. We were visiting for his 90th birthday. The unit is in a very old building which has been nicely updated but has some issues. Nice pool area. The property manager was easy to contact, friendly, and quick to remedy some minor problems.

I liked the space and overall layout of the 2 bedroom unit but the towel bar in the bathroom had to be fixed during my stay by maintenance because the right side of the towel bar was loose and was coming out of the wall. The unit only had a TV in the living room, not in the bedrooms. The sliding door to the shower was a little difficult to slide on the last night of our 4-night stay. Also the stove top in the unit didn't appear to work when I tried to use it to cook something in a skillet.

The positives about the place is it is very spacious, the property manager is quickly responsive and the pool area was nice. The negatives were this was a “budget” property but in a very high end neighborhood with super expensive restaurants and not really close to anything touristy, so definitely will need a car. We heard squealing, scratching, squeaking and something running around noises that sounded like they came from the walls. When notified property manager he said they did have squirrels and iguana problems that he had pest control come out for in the past. There was a back door exit and it looked like something had opened the door. The walls are not soundproof you could hear neighbors and outside noises pretty clearly. There was a really bad musty smell that never went away and we found a lot of super tiny orange ants in the kitchen and bathroom area. This place has potential if they can fix the problems listed. I probably would not stay again.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The place itself was decent and met basic expectations. Unfortunately, our experience with the “front desk” contact was disappointing. The person we had to call was not honest, was rude during conversations, and at one point simply hung up the phone. There was also an issue with the AC that took four days to resolve, although it was eventually repaired. We hope management works on improving communication and response time for future guests.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the property, however there were a few things that certainly could use some attention. These being said, generally we had very little disruption and enjoyed our stay overall. 1-The overall state of the building was quite "dated" so to speak and could use a little TLC. This would greatly improve the user experience. The bottom of the cabinets and closets were unpainted plywood which seemed very unprofessional. 2- The kitchen area could use a better assortment of dishes and utinsils, specifically there were two frying pans and no lids for either. 3-The floors were very much unlevel, possibly due to the age of the unit. 4-When other guests checked in above us, we could here practically every step that they made which was quite disruptive and very noisy. 5-When placing our groceries in the pantry, we found used cigarette butts on the shelf which was disgusting. 6-There is a single TV in the living room which we were constantly losing control of due to other guests "casting" to our set. All of the sets in our quad unit were named "Living Room TV" so it was no wonder. 7-Other guests leaving trash strewn around the area and piles of cigarette butts being extinguished in the astroturf. That is on them, not the management. 8-The backwards mounted doorlock bolt barely caught the poorly installed latch and could easily be carded which left us on edge the whole time.
