We had an amazing stay! The hotel’s location was perfect—we didn’t need a car at all. Beach access was just about 50 steps away, making it super convenient. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and culture within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back!

The place was a bit outdated however the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. They offer a coffee pot etc but didn’t have cups so maybe find the person on staff to see if they have some.

Great place to stay! Our room was so cute, clean, and affordable. Having an entire kitchen was great too. The area is calm and quiet and best of all it’s about a minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend.

No staff on property but texts to manager were answered promptly. The back entry door was not working properly so was left open at times, otherwise felt safe there during 4 night stay. Affordability was a plus and were able to park free as a bonus, although parking spaces are few. Walk two blocks and you’re on the beach. Lots of dining options, would have tried more of them if Sazon Cubano wasn’t so good. Harding Ave is a busy street so ear plugs are advised.

Unique property with great location

I was a little nervous staying here since you're told in advance there's no front desk. However, you get your main door code prior to the stay with room assignment and room code when room is available day of stay. Nice quaint room, with everything you need. Best part of stay though is location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. For anyone with vehicle, parking very limited, but since we didn't have vehicle it wasn't issue for us. Ended up being a great one night stay before cruise out of port of Miami.

I would give this 7 out of 10. It is great value for the location—there is a beautiful beach park a short walk away. It is an old building with no amenities, but it would still be a 10 except for there are only two parking spaces for at least 8 rooms and you have no control over the temperature in the room.
