This is a private residence inside the 1 Hotel & Residences (not the Roney Palace). You have access to same amenities as hotel guests, except daily housekeeping and room service. Our residences are larger than most hotel units and come furnished with the hotel's furniture package. Our rates are up to 60% off hotel's advertised rates.
The Space
1 Hotel South Beach is a high-end eco-luxury hotel for sophisticated travelers. This one-of-a-kind hotel is inspired by nature offering 600 ft of beach along the Atlantic Ocean and designed for comfort using reclaimed materials.
With seven restaurants to choose from, you may never want to leave the hotel: Watr at the 1 Rooftop, Wave at 1 Beach Club, Planthouse, Neighbors, The Sandbox, Drift, and Habitat.
The hotel offers four pools including the famous adults-only rooftop pool, extensive sandy beaches with beach lounges and cabanas, world famous Bamford Wellness Spa and a 14,000 Sq Ft Anatomy Gym.
You will be staying at a 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 1,000 Sq Ft luxury residence with large, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Residence is located on the 14th floor, facing West. The residence comes fully furnished and equipped with the 1 Hotel furniture package, just like hotel rooms. King sized bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Bed in Guestroom and comfortable queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Bedrooms and living room each have their own TV (The TV in the living room area is a smart TV). Wifi and cable TV included. Private balcony with ocean views. Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit. Residence comes fully equipped with bed linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies.
We can provide the following items/services, based on availability and for a fee. You must reserve it in advance.
Baby crib: $30/night
Pack & Play: $30/night
Highchair: $15/night
Housekeeping: $100/cleaning
Guests of the 1 Hotel Residences have access to all the hotel amenities and facilities just like a hotel guest with the exception of In Room Dinning Service and Daily Housekeeping (We offer housekeeping services for a fee of $100 per service. Must be requested ahead of time).

HOTEL RESORT FEE
There is a resort fee of $95 + taxes per night, payable at check-in. The resort fee will grant you access to all amenities listed below. Also, Front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days), to cover for any incidentals and Misc charges.
Four swimming pools, hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve), hotel restaurants and bars, kid's club (for an additional fee), gym, spa, concierge services, free transportation on an Audi E-tron car, first come first served basis, within a 3-mile ratio from the hotel, drop off only.
Unless previously arranged, the resort fee charge will be deducted from the security deposit if it was not paid at check-in.
COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS
Please note that you must comply with hotel Covid-19 rules and regulations, including but not limited to the use of masks, temperature checking, following social distance guidelines and walk paths if provided. Please note that no outside guests are allowed in the pool or units until further notice.
Fees or fines imposed by the Hotel for non-compliance of their Covid-19 rules, will be deducted from your security deposit.
