You’re booking one 1-bedroom apartment. This listing covers two similar apartments in the same building, on the 40th and 47th floors, and you`ll stay in one of them. Both offer beautiful views of the ocean, the Miami River, and the city skyline, and guests have full access to all utilities and amenities in the property.

The two apartments: The 40th-floor apartment is a loft with double-height ceilings; the 47th-floor apartment has standard ceilings. The photos show both, with captions noting which is which. Your apartment is assigned before arrival.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with everything you need to cook like you’re at home: dishes, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, dishwasher and dish soap, a coffee machine with pure roast coffee, tea, toaster, and a blender.

Hair dryer, iron with ironing board, vacuum, pool/beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tissues, and 2 amenity passes for building access.

Good to Know:

The building’s pool is closed Monday–Friday for maintenance and open Saturday–Sunday

Some balconies are currently under renovation by building management; availability may vary during your stay

Bedding and decor may also vary slightly from the photos. If the bed setup matters for your stay, just message us before or after booking and we’ll tell you the exact bed arrangement in your unit.
The front desk will welcome you in the lobby and assist you with the check-in process. As a friendly reminder, building management mandates that all guests present a valid photo ID for proper registration in the system prior to check-in.

1) Keeping things clean for everyone
We`d really appreciate your help maintaining a clean, pleasant environment for all our guests. As a friendly reminder, please use the trash chute on your floor for everyday household trash, and make sure bags are sealed tightly so nothing leaks onto the hallway carpet.

2) Pool & Gym access
Amenities are free to use! Just stop by the Ground Floor first to make a quick reservation and pick up your guest passes before heading up to the pool or gym.

3) Dress code in common areas
When passing through the building`s common areas, we ask that all guests wear a shirt, pants, and shoes — just to keep things comfortable for everyone sharing the space.

4) Balconies
For everyone`s safety, please don`t throw or drop anything from the balconies. Gas or charcoal grills, and any devices with an open flame, aren`t permitted on the balcony or inside the unit at any time.
