Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

There was a cockroach infestation. The kitchen had virtually no supplies- sponge, soap, oil, salt.The floors were oily when we first arrived.The balcony was not accessible from the main roomThe fire alarm went off multiple times in the evening on day 4 and we have maintenance come and fix it- it re-occured the next night.The air conditioning was very noisy.The hallway to the room is a sensory overload- bright white lights and bright white paint. Use some softer colors please. We asked for an extra towel because with 3 women in our group people wanted some extra towels for their hair and we we were told no- use a hand towel. Lastly, the door to the outside/pool is way to heavy and difficult to manageThe location is great though. Not worth the expense...too many issues.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, mejorar un poco la limpieza del piso, los colchones un poco deteriorados. Pero relación calidad precio está muy bien, excelente ubicación.
