The property was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. The pool area is beautiful as well as the proximity to the beach. The location was easy to get to and from without a rental car. We had a couple of questions once we got there and they were quickly answered. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed every day. The apartment is beautiful, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need, the view is stunning. The building itself is very clean and nice, the restaurant on site, security, 2 chairs and umbrella (more upon availability) are included in hotel fee, but those are stocked in the apartment too. We had a great time, when we return to Miami, we’ll definitely book this property again.

Our stay was excellent and our unit was perfect for my family of 4. Location is excellent only issue is the wait time for the elevators and the valet but we were there over Christmas and New Year’s so the property was at full capacity.Owner was responsive quickly when we asked questions via email. Would highly recommend this unit for a family looking to spend time in the area

My daughter and grandson joined me for this getaway and the property provided a perfect setting for our time together. Especially we loved the view of the ocean and the intracoastal. My grandson up were late one night and was following the arrival and departures of the planes. The beach and pool provided were great spaces for respite. Thank you.

The condo has a great view of the ocean and intercostal. Spacious and had everything we needed. We had some problems w the wifi but had unlimited data so ok for us but might not be for others. It also made the TV not good quality bc the wifi so pretty bad. Overall a good location and great trip!

The manager was great!! She was very kind and punctual. The property is clean and very nice. We loved the spa! The beach set up is great and the view was spectacular from this unit. I’d stay again but avoid Memorial Day Weekend! There were too many people in the pool on Sunday, they ran out of lounges, places to sit, and towels. Same for the beach. Too many properties sharing the beach club and I would not swim in the pool on Monday unless it were drained with number of people partying in it over the weekend. I’m sure it would be great on non holiday stays. Overall a great property.

1. Condo floor dirty, sticky and cheap 2. 4 elevators for 41 floors - 1st 2 weeks 1 out of order 3. Talked to front desk about several issues, told can't do anything... someone will call. Never got call 4. Guest room full size beds had king size linen that poor quality and hung over floor 5. Pillows were filthly, hard and smelled 6.washing machine left black marks on clothes. - 3 shirts ruined

We had a great experience, but at the same time there were issues that were not addressed on the website. The refrigerator was leaking, the microwave didn’t work which we were never told about even though there was a second microwave. Because of the city shutdown, water was yellow and the air wasn’t working until the next morning when the property management came to the site. Little piece of soap even to start with for 5 people is not enough. For the price that is asked, there is definitely should be more then just the normal. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony overlooking the ocean and swimming pool on the 9th floor. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This 2 bedroom condo was a great space for us and our 4 kids! We even put the baby's pack-n-play in the bathroom to give him his own "room"! Others mentioned the slow elevators- they were extremely slow! So just a heads up, but nothing to not return for:) beach and pool were both perfect for our kids! Lastly, beds we're extremely comfortable! Walmart is very close too for shopping for basics! Just know it it the busiest Walmart I've ever seen! The only thing we could have used was a broom for our (messy sandy) kiddos-unless I didn't see it! Overall, amazing place to be! Things to know bf visit: -wear cover-ups/shoes in lobby-even kids - be patient with elevators -no big floaties allowed in the pool - the lamps have USB phone chargers

The condo was fantastic and even better than in pictures. Great location, beautiful view and plenty of space for our family of 5. But don't plan on cooking here. Kitchen has almost nothing (had to improvise to even cook eggs for breakfast) and plan on spending LOTS of time waiting in line to catch an elevator. Running back up to the room for something required about 30 minutes. And, the beach is nice but super small. There is not enough room to accommodate everyone staying in the building. Beach chairs are placed side by side, you cannot even walk in between them. Our boys went to the pool for a bit and a staff member told us we were being 'selfish' for not giving their chairs up to others. So be prepared for a total mob scene on the beach (pool is the same). Final gripe, the coffee shop doesn't open until 7AM!

My friend and I went for my 37th birthday, I wanted a big balcony with a great view and that’s exactly what I got! The place was really clean and neat, we loved having our own bathrooms to get ready in, the shower was amazing, in the morning it took 10-15 mins for the water to get hot but not a big deal…the property manager was great and promptly answered any questions I had… I can’t get over the large balcony and view it was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about the elevators taking forever in the resort so I was worried about that but we didn’t have any issues at all, it was pretty quick every time. The hotel staff were just ok. Not very friendly or helpful when trying to get your beach chairs or towels and we got to the beach at 3 pm and they were closed on Friday, I guess if we realized that would happen we would have brought the chairs provided in our condo. we heard lots of sirens the whole time we were there so I didn’t love the location and probably wouldn’t have stayed in Hallandale I thought it was closer to the Hollywood beach broadwalk but the view and everything else made up for it. Great place to stay nice and spacious and an amazing view!

Positives: View from room is incredible, pool area very nice, Just not convenient to go to the beach being on 9th floor. Staff friendly. Restaurant food and ambience was nice Negatives: For the 4 of us we received 2 wash cloths, asked for more more everyday and never got them. The towels in the unit are very cheap and rough. The room comes with 2 full service beach chairs and an umbrella. They are far away!!! So pretty much useless. We did find 2 beach chairs in the closet so 2 of us got to the beach one day. Be sure to get up early to reserve a chair by the pool, they go quickly and are hard to come by. Even though sign says not to do that, everyone does. Little coffee shop on first floor with one person working keeps a long line and not worth it. Elevators can have a waits at certain times of the day. Have to Uber or Lyft to eat u less you want every meal at the restaurant. Nothing walking distance.

- fraudulent listing - Listing states 1 King bed and both bedrooms had FULL beds I reached out to property manager that same night of check in and not until 9am the following morning did I receive a message stating We are sorry if there was a confusion, in the description of the listing must say that is a queen size bed, not a king. *** note the description said 1 KING BED I have the screenshot which I could not attach to this review. My response was : Actually, The bed is a FULL size not a even a queen. This is a huge inconvenience for me and a misrepresentation of what was sold to me. Your listing says King bed and that’s not what I paid for. I don’t book any hotels that don’t have a king. I’m extremely disappointed as I have booked a total of 5 nights here and need to know how you can correct this issue? No response… CRICKETSSSS until the day of my checkout giving me checkout instructions. not only that but there were red fire ants coming out of couches and around the apartment. Look elsewhere and don’t bother with this property manager, she obviously wants to take your money and doesn’t care that she is misrepresenting her accommodations on her rental and inconveniencing customers, no offer to correct issue and front desk could not assist as this was an owned Unit where the owner was the one that needed to resolve.
