Expierience not nice at our stay

Building service very bad, elevator rides took up to 30 minutes each round, there was very limited help with the bell boys, valet parking took 30 minutes to bring the car every time, package delivery man, was absent every time we wanted to pick up stuff, there was no where to sit or laying at the pool. Regarding the unit , linens and towels very old and stained, the safety lock was not working, no internet access on the tv. We will not be back to that unit or building. El servicio del edificio muy muy malo, el elevador tomaba hasta 25 min en llegar, no había ayuda para bajar equipaje, el valet parking tomaba 30 min, el almacén de paquetes no te entregaba los paquetes porque salía constantemente el encargado, no había lugar en la piscina. El departamento limpio pero las sábanas y toallas estaban viejas y manchadas, la caja fuerte no servía y la TV no tenía servicio de Wi-Fi
