Beautiful and renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath apt with sofa bed, private patio with BBQ, kitchen, and living room.

An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart TV, shared washer and dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. Sofa bed in living room + queen bed in the bedroom.
You have access to a paid shared washer and dryer.

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.

I truly had nothing but great experience with this rental. It is as presented in the pictures (sometimes the pictures are great but when you get there you want to run). The host was very responsive. We had one little issue and he took care of it right away , there was no issues communicating. But what really showed his excellent customer service is the fact that he actually worked with me when I had to cancel unexpectedly. I was there for a procedure that was canceled therefore there was no reason for me to stay the 10 days I booked for. I sent a message to inform that we are leaving and what the reason was. I didn’t really expect the refund but I asked anyway (can’t loose anything by asking right?) and he actually refunded us the money minus the cleaning and other fees of course. I was really blown away because usually people do not want to do that. The one thing I would like to mention for people that would write a bad review for it (don’t book and then complain and bring the ratings down) the place is by the main road which I found super convenient, and you can hear cars driving by when in the living room. It didn’t bother us one bit but I have seen people complain about it and reduce star rating for that. It is really a great little house, close to everything, renovated, with everything new inside. I always get worried when I rent places about bathroom but this one was super clean (as everything else in the house) and brand new. I really have nothing bad to say about it.
