Apartamento North Miami

O apartamento é bom, apesar de velho, a falta da lavadora roupas no apto pesou na nota. Existe apenas 1 lavadora de uso coletivo para todos os aptos, não nos foi fornecido chaves das portas de acesso ao conteiner do lixo, nos obrigando a contornar a quadra, nada agradável! contato com o anfitrião deixa a desejar, indiferente e nada amigavel!

El departamento es un poco antiguo pero su estado general es bueno, la ubicación es excelente con buen acceso a la playa y con estacionamiento libre a corta distancia. Está bien equipado con toallas y artículos de playa, lo cual lo hace muy conveniente. Sólo para criticar en este punto, es que no tenía fuentes o tarteras para horno, el cual no podíamos usar ni para calentar una pizza, esto se puede remediar porque no es tan costoso. Por lo demás todo bien. Tiene buen acceso a restaurants, bares y supermercados. Destaco la atención del propietario que estuvo pendiente a nuestros reclamos o preguntas en todo momento.
