"For an 80 year old hotel, it was in pretty good condition. 1 elevator was out of order the whole time but the waiting for the elevator was not too long considering. The staff was friendly and pretty helpful even though their English wasn't the best, we were able to communicate. The pool eas very good and the access to the beach was really good. The staff was constantly cleaning the public areas and for a beachfront property it was relatively free of sand in the hotel. The free breakfast was ok, I didn't order off the menue even though the prices were good for the area. There's a lot of restaurants withing distance and a free trolley that we enjoyed riding, but be aware that hardly anyone on the streets speak English its like being in a different country. Overall we enjoyed our two night and three day stay. It took me a day or so to figure out how to get the TV to English but after that no problem with it."

"The property is in great location, restaurant inside, . Housekeeping services were great and friendly. The front desk staff were good and friendly. Only issues I had, the phone in room didn't work, and there wasn't a remote to TV in the room on arrival. I did ask front desk staff, and they got maintenance to bring me one."
