No quiet areas anywhere in the hotel, not even in your room with children running up and down the corridor unsupervised. Meal times were always a rugby scrum, come late and the buffet choice was limited. Although there were no smoking or vaping signs certain people ignored this.

Bad experience

This hotel is mediocre in every aspect. A facility that does not give value for money. The rooms look like ruins. There is no iron on the upper bunk bed, the safety deposit box is scrap, the cabinets are scattered. You cannot see a relevant official at the facility. They sell rooms all over the world for tourists, but they do not have staff who speak proper English. Except for the two Romanian ladies working in room cleaning, there is no one who greets or cares. I don't understand how such a hotel is sold in a place like Sis Hotels, and I don't like it, and I think all the ratings this hotel gets are lies

É um local familiar, maravilhoso, passamos o natal em família e foi tudo muito bom, claro que existem melhorias, mas no geral é perfeito, comida boa, pessoas felizes e um atendimento de hotel 5 estrelas, recomendo!

Ogólnie naprawdę ok, czysto, wspaniałe jedzenie, choć przy posiłkach duży tłum i to trochę na minus ze względu na zamieszanie i kolejki. Hotel nie jest mały, sporo ludzi, także to też trzeba brać pod uwagę dla kogoś kto szuka intymności. Muzyka na żywo jest fajna, aczkolwiek w zależności, gdzie trafi się pokój czasami jest za głośno, także częste imprezy na stoku są słyszalne. Codzienne animacje dla dzieci, aczkolwiek wszystko po włosku. Usytuowanie hotelu znakomite, z szóstego piętra po prostu wychodzi się prawie na stok i do gondoli. Sumarycznie jak najbardziej miejsce godne polecenia.

Hotel molto bello direttamente sulle piste. Sci room rifatto a nuovo con armadietti riscaldati. Attrezzatura da sci nuovi. Ristorante buffetts con tantissime varietà. Personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Hotel betonowy bunkier ale odnowiony. Pokój ok. czysto w miarę ładnie chociaż akustycznie. Mnóstwo ludzi ale sprawna obsługa , animacje i bardzo dobre jedzenie. Super szafki na narty. La struttura si trova in posizione comoda a diversi servizi, a partire dal noleggio dell'attrezzatura alla scuola di sci, accessibili anche passando internamente all'hotel, oltre che alla cabinovia per arrivare alle piste. L''hotel offre un trattamento di mezza pensione che comprende una ricca colazione ed un'altrettanto ricca cena ambedue a buffet con proposte molto varie soprattutto per la cena. Non si tratta sicuramente di un hotel "bello" a livello di rifiniture e sicuramente qualche lavoretto di sistemazione andrebbe fatto (ad esempio il lavandino che presentava delle crepe più o meno profonde in diversi punti). L'hotel offre anche una buona animazione all'interno anche fino a tarda sera. Sicuramente consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per gruppi.

Non c’è niente di meglio che una vacanza sulla neve con bimbi piccoli in questa fantastica struttura! Pulita, confortevole, personale eccellente, ottima animazione, cibo a volontà e soprattutto perfetto nella sua posizione!!

la pulizia lascia a desiderare, le stanze sono minuscole con arredi fatiscenti, malgrado il prezzo elevato viene fatto pagare in più il deposito di sci e scarponi, inaccettabile in un albergo di montagna, una tazza di te al bar mi è costata 1,50. Costo complessivo Assolutamente spropositato per ciò che si riceve. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita. Non tornerò

posizione perfetta... direttamente sulle piste. ottima cucina, ottima animazione, unica pecca la piscina: non essendoci gli spogliatoi con il phon, si deve rientrare in camera bagnati attraversando molto spesso tutto l'albergo (che è immenso, 3 blocchi) e le scale che ovviamente non sono sempre riscaldate (da molte scale si accede alle piste e le porte vengono aperte spesso!).

Ottimo situato proprio sulle piste da sci

L'hotel è stato ottimo sia nella posizione, già pronta per recarsi alle piste da sci, poi la pulizia ottimale, con prodotti di vario genere in bagno, sia per adulti che per bambini, se chi viaggia con loro, il cibo è ottimo e abbondante, non potrei lamentarmi, anzi, ci tornerei per più giorni. Lo consiglio per chi ama la montagna e la neve e in più il confort per chi ha svariate esigenze.

Piacevole soggiorno immerso nelle piste

Nel vedere all'inizio così tanta gente ammassata al check in e ai due soli ascensori della struttura temevamo il. Peggio, ma abbiamo dovuto ricredermi. Personale accogliente, attento e super presente, cibo buono e solo questo per me vale molto poiché in molti hotel a 4 stelle al massimo ho mangiato decentemente, e questo mi pare che è un 3 stelle. Si esce dal corridoio e sei sulle piste, e che piste, un comprensorio di circa 150 km di piste! Ma il pezzo forte dell'Hotel è l'animazione, non ho mai visto un così professionale lavoro di coinvolgimento dei bambini e ragazzi, i miei due bambini l'hanno sempre snobbata l'animazione in questo caso snobbavano noi genitori. A volte arrivavi a cena e dovevi faticare un po' a cercare un tavolo o ti addormentavo ad attendere l'ascensore ma a fronte dei vantaggi offerti è poca roba.

Esperienza pessima! Abbiamo occupato una Camera tripla con le dimensioni di un ripostiglio!. Per non parlare del mini bagno 1,5 x 1,5 metri quadrati. Il cibo a buffet è stato ottimo.
