"At once we felt at home. The appartment was full of light, nice furniture, breathtaking view on the Mediterranean. We could not ask for more but we got more: a 2 bedroom appartment instead of a 1 bedroom. This allowed us to invite our Swiss friends to spend one week with us. We intend to come back for more than 6 weeks next year. I do not want to forget to mention the kindness and patience of Spanish people."

The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment."

"We had a marvelous week at this beautiful 2BR flat in Nerja!! The home was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. The deck w views of the beach was gorgeous. The beds were 4 star hotel comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to make a delicious meal. Best of all it was 20 steps to Burriana Beach surrounded by the best restaurants (Pahuna Nepalese right around the corner! So delicious we ate there 3 times!) shops and bars. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. "Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. "We stayed 9 nights in October. Nice convenient location near quieter end of Rincon where you have quick 10-min drive to Mercadona for groceries, or short walk to beachside restaurants. Listing is exactly as shown in photos with everything you’ll need. Great salt water pool. Well-maintained grounds. Nice neighbours. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments and new appliances so we enjoyed meals at home on the balcony. Tiny bathroom and shower but all spotless and functional. Very relaxing...

"The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures.
