Nothing like waking up on a 65 degree morning, sitting out on three separate verandas to soak in the rising sun. Also the picture perfect sunsets! Ken’s villa is located close to town and away from the crowds and hustle, if you looking for peace and quiet . Uber’d north and south to take advantage of sites and restaurants...

"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

"This house was very cute the pictures dont do it justice. I stayed the weekend here with my husband an 2 kids 7 & 10. I communicated with the host Eric but his wife Teresa was the 1 to actully received us, which was even better being received by her she was lovely and had excellent style. Eric was very quick with responding. I asked a special request of him if he was able to do so and he did so which was very cool. I changed my check in time to an earlier time amd check out time ki changed twice...

"villa marbella exceeded our expectations. amazing view, house, staff. really comfortable lodgings. be advised, however, that walking outside is difficult due to the steep terrain and cobble-stone streets. (we were not able to use our baby strollers.)"

"Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also.
