You'll have 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double bed), 2 full bathrooms, and 1 sofa bed - perfect for accommodating two additional guests.



You will have a laundry center and a parking space, an elevator, 2 balconies to relax outdoors, and a shared terrace in the building, an ideal space to socialize or simply relax in the sun.

Getting Around:

The apartment is perfectly located and the area is walkable, but you can also get around by public transportation, you will be just two blocks from Av. Cuauhtémoc, three blocks from the Hospital General metro and metrobus stations. You can also use Uber or Didi.



Other Things to Note:

- Please consider that it is a family building, so respect the quiet hours. Parties or meetings are not allowed, nor smoking inside the apartment.

- Let us know if you will use the grill in the terrace upstairs, the cleaning fee is $300 pesos.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
